  • How do I log in and and out of my account?

    Click on the Log in, which can be found in the main menu.

    Once logged in, you should now see a Log out link in the main menu. Click this to log out.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Don't worry, it happens to all of us! Click on the forgotten password link. If we have an account for the email address supplied, a reset email will be emailed to you.

    Make sure to check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

    Click on the link in the email. You will then be taken to a password reset page where you can enter a new password.

  • What email notifications will I receive?

    The essential transactional emails you will receive are:

    • Welcome notification for creating a page
    • First donation notification
    • 50% target reached notification
    • 75% target reached notification
    • 100% target reached notification
    • Page closing notification (1 day prior your page close date)

    You also have to option to get an email notification for each donation (after the first one) received to your page. You can enable/disable this when creating or editing your page.

    There is also a 'password reset' email should you forget your password and request for it to be reset.

    If you opted in to receive marketing emails from Christian Aid, you may also get further marketing emails. You can click the 'Unsubscribe' link in the bottom of these emails to opt out.

  • I created an account last year, do I have to create a new one for 2024?

    No, your login details (email and password) from last year will still work.

    Although the website url has changed from https://envelope.christianaid.org.uk/ to https://fundraise.christianaid.org.uk/, everything should still work as it did last year.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    You are currently unable to cancel your own account within the dashboard settings. Please contact us and we can do so for you.
