Chance's story

How your money helps

When Chance escaped armed conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo, her baby wore only a nappy. Now, in a temporary shelter, it’s a bitter battle to protect her children from hunger, malnutrition and deadly diseases.

Though Chance is a brave and resourceful mother, she's running out of options – because of a situation beyond her control.

Your fundraising this Christmas could make an immediate difference by funding cash grants that save lives. With your support, mothers like Chance could by essentials for their children.
