How your money helps
Conflict forced Shede and her family to flee their home in Sudan and to a Refugee Settlement in South Sudan – arriving with nothing. Now, her daily struggle is to protect her family from hunger and malnutrition.
With support from Christian Aid and our partner Smile Again Africa Development Organisation (SAADO), Shede receives small amounts of financial assistance. This allows her to buy food for the girls, but it’s far from enough to bring comfort and stability to their lives.
The money you raise can fund nutritious meals, medicine, blankets and other essential supplies for families like Shede’s.
