My story

It’s time to wax the boots for another challenging fundraiser for Christian Aid.

This time I intend to walk... in September… the ANGLESEY (Ynys Mon) Coast Path: 130 miles; typically walked in 12 days. I wonder if I can crack it in a week?

As always I’ll be working up to a good level of fitness, spurred on by your donations. So, a big thankyou to you in anticipation of your generous support which is much needed. Christian Aid work with some of the world's most vulnerable communities in 29 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean.

BTW This year is Christian Aid’s 80th birthday, ...checkout About us/Our history at the bottom of CA's home page.

Congratulations! This activity has received its first donation!

How your money helps

This Harvest, you can stand with farming families facing the climate crisis.

Unpredictable weather is destroying crops, making it harder to grow the food communities depend on. But with the right support, farmers can adapt and rebuild their livelihoods.

Every pound you give could help:

  • Provide training on climate-smart farming techniques.
  • Supply seeds and tools to grow crops that withstand floods and drought.
  • Support community savings groups so farmers can access small loans and plan for the future.
