My story

What does Christian Aid do? : We work with local partners and
communities to fight injustice, respond to humanitarian emergencies, campaign for change, and help people claim the services and rights they are entitled to.
Who does Christian Aid support : We help all people, of every
background, culture and religion.
Where do they work : Our projects are with those in the most
vulnerable communities around the world, particularly in areas where war, injustice and climate change are affecting people’s lives and survival.
In emergencies : Over the past year Christian Aid humanitarian
appeals have been reaching people in Ukraine, the Middle East,

How your money helps

This Christian Aid Week, you can support communities on the frontlines of the climate crisis.

In places like Guatemala, extreme weather is destroying crops, deepening hunger and threatening livelihoods. But with the right tools and training, farmers can build sustainable futures.

Every pound you raise could help:

  • Provide climate-resilient seeds to help families grow food.
  • Fund water conservation techniques to protect crops.
  • Support vital training so farmers can build a sustainable future.
