My story

I am very excited to be running the 2027 London Marathon in support of Christian Aid! I will be taking on the 26.2 mile challenge to raise money for a charity working to build a fairer world for everyone.

Christian Aid does hugely important work around the world, from responding to humanitarian emergencies and supporting communities affected by climate change, to tackling poverty and inequality.

Training for a marathon will be a huge challenge, but I am proud to be taking it on for such a worthwhile cause. If you are in a position to donate, I'd be incredibly grateful for your support. Thanks so much!

How your money helps

You can support families facing the devastating impact of climate change.

In countries like South Sudan, farming communities face the threat of frequent floods which damage homes, crops and livestock and lead to food insecurity.

Every pound you raise could help 

  • Provide agricultural training to support families in growing sustainable produce. 
  • Build dykes that capture water and protect homes.
  • Support the set-up of committee groups that maintain these boreholes and dykes for long – term protection.
