My story

Christian Aid works with local partners and communities to fight injustice, respond to humanitarian emergencies, campaign for change, and help people claim the services and rights they are entitled to.

This evening we are celebrating 80 years of Christian Aid's amazing work!

All funds raised will be recorded under the Harvest Appeal income, but they go into Christian Aid's unrestricted/general funds. This means the money is directed to where the need is greatest.

How your money helps

This Harvest, you can stand with farming families facing the climate crisis.

Unpredictable weather is destroying crops, making it harder to grow the food communities depend on. But with the right support, farmers can adapt and rebuild their livelihoods.

Every pound you give could help:

  • Provide training on climate-smart farming techniques.
  • Supply seeds and tools to grow crops that withstand floods and drought.
  • Support community savings groups so farmers can access small loans and plan for the future.
