In South Sudan, the climate crisis is destroying crops and threatening families' livelihoods. But farmers like Anok are sharing harvest and hope by adapting to these challenges.
After floodwaters swept through her village year after year, Anok joined a programme supported by Christian Aid and our partners. With practical agricultural training, a small starter gift of groundnuts and a community-built dyke to hold back the floods, Anok is now growing vegetables, selling groundnut paste and sharing her skills with other farmers in Aguat.
This Harvest, please give to support farmers like Anok to share harvest and hope in the face of the climate crisis.
