My story

Portaferry has generously supported Christian Aid through house to house collections and further activities for the 40 years that I have been involved.

I would hate this tradition to fall by the wayside.

Please come to our Coffee Morning 18 May 2024 10am-1.00pm or find an envelope in one of the churches and return it to me Bubsy Stephens 07704793 or Portaferry Pharmacy by 31 may 2024 or give online via this envelope.

How your money helps

Poverty pushed Aline to the brink. She was abused, homeless and hungry. But Aline pushed back harder. With Christian Aid funded small business training, she achieved what had seemed impossible, a vital income for her and her children.

Fundraising this Christian Aid Week will ensure more people in Burundi get the skills and knowledge they need to push back against the inhumanity of poverty.
