My story

For over 20 years, people in Windsor have given generously to the work of Christian Aid, in Christian Aid week and throughout the other year, at fundraising events and through street collections in Peascod Street, Tesco and in the house-to-house collection every year.  Please continue your support so that we can help Christian Aid fund their projects around the world, getting people out of poverty, fighting against the effects of climate change, and giving all people equal opportunities to health, security and economic development.

How your money helps

Poverty pushed Aline to the brink. She was abused, homeless and hungry. But Aline pushed back harder. With Christian Aid funded small business training, she achieved what had seemed impossible, a vital income for her and her children.

Fundraising this Christian Aid Week will ensure more people in Burundi get the skills and knowledge they need to push back against the inhumanity of poverty.
